At Vivy Health, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders — no hidden fees, no surprises.

📦 Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier and in transit, it will be considered “dispatched.”

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed.


🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times begin once your order has been dispatched. Delivery time depends on your location, the carrier, and factors such as customs delays or local disruptions.

Estimated delivery times by country:
🇺🇸 United States: 5–9 business days
🌎 International: Varies by destination (allow extra time for customs)

Please note that delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to circumstances outside of our control, such as courier delays, customs processing, or extreme weather.


✏️ Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Info

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delays or cancellations.

If our system flags an issue with your address, our team will email you within 3 business days to verify it. If we don’t receive a response, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

If you notice an error, please contact us at hello@vivyhealth.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but we can’t guarantee edits after this window.


⏳ Delivery Delays

We know timely delivery is important. While we strive to ship all orders quickly, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier-related issues (weather, strikes, transportation delays)

  • Product availability

  • Address verification

  • Payment processing delays

If we encounter any issues on our end, we’ll notify you immediately. However, Vivy Health is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or uncontrollable events.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@vivyhealth.com and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. We’ll also follow up on your behalf when possible.

Please note:

  • Lost or stolen packages fall outside of our refund policy

  • We may offer a replacement, depending on the situation

  • In some cases, filing a police report may be recommended
