We offer a 14-day money back guarantee after your first 14 days of use. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason during this window, simply reach out to us at hello@vivyhealth.com and we’ll assist you with your return.

Please note:

  • We do not refund shipping fees (if applicable).

  • Refund requests will only be considered after 14 days of consistent use, and must fall within the 14-day refund window.

To begin your return, email us directly at hello@vivyhealth.com or fill out the form on our Contact Us page. For faster support, include your Order Number or the name and email address used to place the order.


Order Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to accommodate cancellations.

Orders canceled within 24 hours will be fully refunded within 7 business days.


Damaged Items

We inspect and package every item with care. If your product arrives damaged (defective or physically broken), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged item:

Damaged packaging alone (like a dented box) is not considered product damage. We do not issue refunds or replacements for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery Policy

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the courier. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Vivy Health is not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or customs issues.

If your package is delayed or lost, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking number for the fastest resolution.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their shipping information is accurate at checkout. If you've entered the wrong address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If we are not notified within this window, we cannot guarantee a resend or refund.
